You have the right to cancel your order within 0 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins:

• on the day of digital purchase if delivery hasn't started

You can cancel your order using one of the following methods:

Exemptions

You cannot cancel an order for:

• Custom-made or personalised items

Refunds

We will refund all payments including basic shipping costs (if applicable) within 14 days of:

• receiving returned goods
• receiving proof of return
• or, in the case of services/digital goods, the cancellation request

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

You are responsible for return postage.

We require proof of return before issuing a refund.

Additional Protections

Cancellation is not possible once custom production begins, unless goods are faulty.

We may withhold your refund until we receive returned goods or proof of return.
