Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- All labels, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
- The item must be suitable for resale as new.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 1 days of receiving it. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
We may require:
- A clear written description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
Once validated, we will offer an appropriate remedy — refund, repair, replacement, or store credit — at our sole discretion, and cover return shipping where required.

Return Shipping Terms
If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse return shipping.
For all other returns (e.g. unwanted items), you are responsible for the return shipping costs, packaging, and insurance. Items must be returned using a tracked and insured service. You are liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in cases of damaged or defective items. Exchange requests must be approved in advance. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Statutory Rights
