If you would like the card sent directly to the recipient with a message printed inside then that’s no problem. Please select ‘send card direct to recipient’ at checkout and email [email protected] with the message you’d like added. Messages will be printed digitally in a neatly scripted font. They will be written using the exact wording and spelling you provide. There is an extra 50p charge for this service.

Please be aware that actual colours may vary slightly or appear slightly lighter. This is due to the fact that it is printed on thick white hammered matte card - it is not photo paper. In addition, every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and everyone sees these colours differently.

All cards will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. UK delivery only. I am not accountable for the Royal Mail delivery times, especially in the current climate. Please leave enough time between ordering and when you require the card. Please be aware that in some areas Royal Mail are taking up to a week to deliver items.

In the unlikely event that your item/s does not arrive I will aim to issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible. In the event I am refunding an item, I will do so 10 working days after the date you would have originally been due to receive it.
