Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change!

• Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may request a return (see Refund Policy).

• Custom or personalised items: Unfortunately, orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error).
