We understand that plans can change. Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel. Please contact us within this period if you wish to do so. After 14 days, cancellations cannot be accepted as all items are ready-made and quickly processed.

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to cancel and request a refund. If you wish to do so, please contact us within this period.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will happily offer a repair, replacement, or exchange.
Once the returned item is received (or proof of return is provided), we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including standard delivery costs. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
